2. Payment

A deposit may be required to secure your reservation.

The remaining balance must be paid before arrival or upon check-in, as specified during the booking process.

Accepted payment methods will be provided during booking.

3. Cancellation Policy

More than 30 days before arrival: Full refund of the amount paid, minus any applicable transaction or administration fees.

15–30 days before arrival: 50% refund of the total booking amount.

Less than 15 days before arrival: No refund.

In case of a no-show or early departure, no refund will be issued for unused nights.

4. Refund Policy

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Changes to Reservations

Reservation changes are subject to availability and may result in additional charges. Requests should be made as early as possible.

6. Check-in & Check-out

Check-in: From 3:00 PM

Check-out: By 11:00 AM

Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.

7. Security Deposit

Some properties may require a refundable security deposit to cover accidental damages or missing items. The deposit will be returned after inspection of the property, provided no damage has occurred.

8. Guest Responsibilities

Guests agree to:

Treat the property with care and respect.

Keep noise to a reasonable level, especially during nighttime hours.

Follow all house rules provided by the property owner or manager.

Report any damage immediately.

Leave the property in a reasonably clean condition upon departure.

9. Occupancy

Only the number of guests stated in the reservation may stay at the property. Additional guests require prior approval and may incur extra charges.

10. Smoking & Pets

Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas unless otherwise stated. Pets are allowed only in properties where they are specifically permitted and with prior approval.

11. Damage & Loss

Guests are responsible for any damage, loss, or excessive cleaning costs resulting from their stay. Repair or replacement costs may be charged if necessary.

12. Force Majeure

The property owner shall not be held liable for cancellations or interruptions caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, government restrictions, strikes, pandemics, or utility failures.

13. Liability

Guests are responsible for their personal belongings throughout their stay. The property owner is not liable for loss, theft, injury, or accidents occurring during the rental period unless required by applicable law.

14. Privacy

Personal information collected during the booking process will be used solely for managing reservations and providing guest services, in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

15. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Greece. Any disputes arising from the booking shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Greek courts.
